Originally from Hyderabad, India, he has built a remarkable career across prestigious hotels and food service establishments, perfecting his expertise in both traditional Indian and contemporary global cuisines.
Since joining Indian Vibe, Chef Rajashekhar has been instrumental in elevating the restaurant’s culinary identity. His approach focuses on authentic Indian flavours presented with modern sophistication, ensuring each dish reflects balance, precision, and artistry.
Before moving to Ireland, Chef Rajashekhar held senior roles with Compass Group India and Bundl Technologies Pvt. Ltd (Swiggy), where he led culinary teams, developed innovative menus, and implemented quality and efficiency standards that enhanced guest satisfaction and operational performance. His early career includes experience with renowned hospitality brands such as Vivanta by Taj, Marriott, and Green Park, where he developed a deep understanding of fine dining and professional kitchen management.

Kapil Singh is a dedicated Chef de Partie (CDP) with over 15 years of culinary experience across India, Malta, and Ireland. Currently working with Indian Delight Limited in Dublin, he has built a strong reputation for delivering authentic flavors, maintaining high kitchen standards, and leading teams with professionalism and passion.
Starting his career as a Trainee Chef at The Golden Tulip, Gurugram, Kapil has worked with several renowned establishments including Cafe Delhi Heights, Laidback Café, and Corinthia Palace Malta. His diverse background has equipped him with a deep understanding of Indian, Mediterranean, and international cuisines.
Kapil holds certifications in Food & Beverage Management (Bocconi University, Italy), Child Nutrition and Cooking (Stanford University Online), HACCP, and Food Handler Training, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and food safety excellence.
With strong skills in kitchen operations, hygiene compliance, and menu development, Kapil brings creativity, efficiency, and teamwork to every role he undertakes.
Curry Chef
Pradeep Reddy is an experienced and passionate culinary professional with strong expertise in multi-cuisine food preparation and kitchen operations. With more than a decade of experience in reputed hotels and restaurants both in India and the UAE, he brings a deep understanding of international culinary standards combined with traditional Indian hospitality.
Pradeep began his career with Hotel Urvasi, Hyderabad, where he gained hands-on experience in food production and kitchen management. He later worked with SFC Group – India Palace Restaurant, Dubai, and advanced to Chef de Partie at Conrad Dubai, one of the city’s leading five-star hotels. During his tenure, he received several awards and certificates of appreciation for his dedication, teamwork, and consistent quality.
He has also completed certifications in Basic Food & Hygiene and Fire Fighting from Dubai authorities.
Pradeep is known for his professionalism, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure. A true team player with a positive attitude, he continuously strives for excellence and innovation in every culinary creation.
